The professional floral designers from Blooms to doors are in charge of picking the best selection of seasonal fresh flowers for you. Nevertheless you have the option, during our checkout process, to let us know if there are any flowers or colors that you would not like to receive and we will accommodate your delivery accordingly.
Change and Cancellation Policy
If you find it necessary to stop the delivery of your flowers for a period of time or you want to cancel your subscription, contact us 5 days prior to your scheduled next delivery day.
Delivery Policy
If no one is home, we may leave the package with a neighbor or at the recipients’ door (weather permitting). When necessary we will leave a door tag or message on the recipients’ answering machine. During extreme cold or heat we may need to call the recipient before attempting delivery.
Billing Policy
Blooms to Doors will create a recurring billing schedule for our customers. Your credit card will be billed monthly and you will be notified of the charges.
